Definitely an awesome design
Thanks! Anything you would change or add to this bed?
@@Southern-Offroad a headache rack would be cool.

What specs on those wheels? offset and width?
Is that Birmingham

Hey Josh! This one was built for a customer but we can build you one just like it! Email us sales@southernoffroad.com for OTD pricing!
Sweet dude. Just got a magnusun on mine at 70000 Miles nothing better
One of the best mods we do on the Toyota's is add a Supercharger and the added power is lots of fun 😁
In addition I actually really do like the factory skag tires they're light and up excellent grip in all weather conditions wish they made them in a 32-in I would buy them hands down!
Damn, one of the best segue villain videos I've seen on RUclips no shit! I got the 64-in version wish I could have got this 72 but I was worried about fitting in my local trails here in the northwest. You might want to take your front sway bar off and put limit straps I see your front suspension needs to articulate a little bit better but other than that that villain did really really good and at 9 minutes and 45 seconds that's a tough trail I've seen many built side by sides have an issue with that trail.. I really like the Segway villains they look great a lot of amenities super comfortable handles excellent but damn, not much power. I installed RJWC exhaust power tune power intake trail clutch kit currently run 32-in ATV warrior tires and I'm sorry but it's kind of a dog especially in high gear, low gear works but man, needs more power!
Thanks! We have been really impressed with the Segway Powersports machines. We love our Villain. Some of the video the sway bars are connected and some we disconnected front and rear. Hope to see you on the trail!
How is the angles on the CV and Balljoints?
looks like mine.
did it change the ride quality any
Short answer Yes/No. Ride quality is subjective. One person may hate the way the truck rides stock but love it when it's leveled and vice versa. Here is the biggest difference in the Cognito kit vs others. Cognito allows for the proper amount of droop travel which in turn has the best overall ride. Some of the other kits don't address the droop travel and the upper arm slams into the droop stop making a banging noise and causing the truck to ride terrible. If you follow the Cognito guidelines in our opinion this is the best riding "Leveled" set up out there. We have a lot of positive feedback on this set up. We have never had to take on off because the customer was unhappy with the ride. We have taken other brands and other set ups off in favor of the Cognito set up.
Trimming???
Slight trimming. It is minimal with the 37x11.50R20 and factory wheels. We also like to use the Westcott Designs fender pin back kit for a clean look. If you are interested in getting this done we can help you out or ship you parts. We are located in central Alabama.
At first I was going to comment how tame, lame, and just muddy your trails are out there compared to here in the wild west. Then I saw you blasting over stuff that looks harder than anything I've done so far myself in my Villain. I salute you.
🤣 Thanks we just filmed what we could. We were riding in east Alabama which is the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. I've had the opportunity to wheel out west in full size rigs and its completely different than the east coast. Our trails get wet quick and the trees add another level of difficulty. Don't get me wrong each style of terrain has it's own challenges. The area where you are riding is gorgeous! We don't get those view here.
Get the one that has 3 u-joints not 2. That way the angel isn't so extreme. Otherwise you just blow you joints every other year. It definitely helps with the clearance issue too. Big difference when you put an aftermarket shaft. I never had that problem again.
Yep! Double cardan front driveshaft will solve these problems and its stronger!
You didn’t answer it. Some lift kits come with lowers that don’t adjust but have been built for the kits. So technically you don’t need adjustable if you buy a complete kit.
You need some form of caster correction with any Jeep suspension lift even the small kits (2" and above) We strongly recommend adjustable arms as it allows you to properly dial in the alignment and hit the ideal caster setting for your setup. Some kits that come with fixed arms or geometry correction brackets still do not have the correct amount of caster and can cause drivability issues.
@@Southern-Offroad that doesn’t apply to every kit.
@@GoneAgain-Outdoors Right. For instance the kits that come with adjustable arms. In our experience any other caster correction method (cams, correction brackets, fixed arms) do not get the caster where it needs to be. I even tested several of the Mopar fixed arms in the Mopar lift and they still lacked caster.
@@Southern-Offroad call JKS and tell them that. I guess all of us with those kits are just wrong.
@@GoneAgain-Outdoors We are not saying you are wrong however the fixed arm only gives a fixed amount of caster change. For instance if we have a completely stock Wrangler that we throw a JKS fixed arm kit on and then install the same kit on a Wrangler with full armor, full width front bumper, winch, roof rack, cargo, etc that would essentially affect the ride height which in turn affects the caster so having a fixed arm in that scenario may leave you lacking for caster. An adjustable arm with plenty of adjustment will allow for more or less caster depending on how the Jeep drives. We have even found some wheel and tire combos like certain caster settings than other wheel tire combos but lots of variables there like offset, width, tire pressure etc. Circling back to our point with a fixed arm you get what you get in terms of caster change but with an adjustable arm you can truly dial it in.
Nice 👍
Trail location?
This is at Top Trails in Talladega, Alabama
We gotta get together and go on a ride
Jeeps are awesome but wish you could just as easily slap on a blower while maintaining factory reliability like the Toyotas.
We still do a lot of Jeeps but these Toyota are so much more reliable.
❤❤❤❤
Нормально, еще походит 👍
I carried extra U-joints but drive it responsibly you will not have them problems
That's been a bad relationship for a while
I don't know a little grease and I think it'll be all right.....lol
ouch
It'll be fine
🤣
Replacement immediately stop playing with it and get it done
Waiting on customer approval
Remove snap rings and it will come apart so new joint can be installed
Unfortunately the yokes are damaged. We are discussing upgrade/repair options with the customer.
Itll make it home, just find the speed it quits vibrating ! But keep your feet up on the seat to be safe and cut yourself a throttle stick.... youre goid bro catchya at the bar later !
💪🏼👊🏼
It is now off the road, yes.
HOW???!?!
Lack of maintenance and debris from trail riding.
Need to replace before it leaves you broken down on the road.
Very true. We have discussed upgrade/repair options with the customer. Waiting on approval.
It's broke, captain obvious here ! Lol !
Besides the Westcott liner kit, did you actually have to cut the liner/bumper anywhere? Or was the liner just pulled with the kit. I'm assuming using the 11.5, it prevents rubbing?
Are the 32” rockzillas actually 32” tall
Nice to see a video on this. My 07 got the hose pulled off after 4” lift
We see so many Jeeps come in and the breather tubes are either not attached or dragging the ground. Very frustrating.
Looks terrible with factory wheels.
We like the factory wheel look. However it would look sick with a set of Method Race wheels. What wheels do you think would look best?
Sick
F china
No it's just cheaper
Thats the problem
The US and Canada dont produce plastics anymore due to environmental lunatics and their regulations
Hello, Are you interested in testing our products? We would like to invite you to test the Rear Windshield for your CFMOTO UFORCE 1000 XL
What size tires are on the rear? Looks different. I want same size tires on front and rear for single spare tire.
Where are these made ?
These are made in China (what isn't these days) I believe that Green Works is making these for Bad Boy
@@Southern-Offroad Ok I see. Per their website all their mowers are made in Arkansas but when I asked them about the handheld tools they said it was not Arkansas but referred me to Greenworks. I'm thinking of buying the 80v mower but I guess I'll pass on the Blower and Trimmer. I already have a Still blower and trimmer made in VA Beach.
